Rates
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation - $4500 - $6000 (20 + hours of Dr. Naini's time for testing, scoring, writing reports, feedback, etc.)
Intermediate Level Neuropsychological Evaluation - $2600 -$3000 (10 + hours of Dr. Naini's Time)
Psycho-educational Evaluation - starting at $1200 ++ (IQ + academics +)
Other testing is also available such as Autism Diagnosis with the ADOS-2 and ADI-R
Gifted testing $450
Psychotherapy - $250 per hour session
Consultation with patients, parents, teachers, tutors $250 per hour
Legal consultation and expert witness testimony - minimum $500 per hour paid 48 hours in advance
Insurance
Neuropsychological Assessment may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan, especially if there is a neurological diagnosis such as seizure disorder, traumatic brain injury, etc.
Psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please ask when making your appointment. Discounts are available to first responders and teachers.
Payment
Zelle, Venmo, etc. accepted for payment.
All payments must be made prior to beginning of services or half at the beginning of testing and half at the end of testing, prior to feedback and report writing.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
